Availability

Are you available to attend the Summit in full?TED Countdown Summit 2025 runs from Monday afternoon, June 16, to Wednesday, late evening, June 18, 2025.  Plan to arrive before the morning of June 16, and if you’re traveling in, to depart on June 19.

Ticket Options

Countdown convenes a global audience, and we offer five ticket options to ensure that the cost is not prohibitive.

Due to limited funding, complimentary prices are reserved for those who cannot attend without this support – in particular those coming from lower and lower-middle-income countries. With this in mind, we ask that you pay according to your means.

Attendance at the Summit includes a premium conference experience with three days of world-class programming, special events, and meals throughout.

Which ticket are you requesting?
We are working hard to ensure that cost does not prevent key leaders from participating in the Summit. For applicants who are accepted at the contribution or complimentary rates, there is limited funding available to cover accommodation and travel for those who need it most. Do you need additional support for accommodation and/or travel in order to attend the TED Countdown Summit?Please only request if you are unable to cover the cost of accommodation and/or travel so that we can support as many people as possible. If your application is accepted, we will be in touch with more information.
