About TEDActive 2012 applications
Only a limited number of TEDActive registrations are available each year; they're granted at the discretion of the TED team based on a broad set of criteria aimed at ensuring a rich and stimulating exchange of ideas among a diverse group of peers.
- Standard registrations for TEDActive 2012 in Palm Springs cost $3,750. A limited number of nonprofit memberships are available for those in the education or nonprofit worlds who could not otherwise afford to attend. Please email nonprofit@ted.com to make a personal request.
- A Standard TEDActive 2012 registration extends from March 4, 2011, to March 2, 2012. Benefits include attendance at the TEDActive 2012 conference (Feb. 27-March 2, 2012), as well as five TED Book Club mailings, a "virtual DVD" archive of the conference, online tools for social networking, and priority for 2013 registration. About the TED Live membership:
The TED Live membership brings the TED Conference experience to your home, school or office. Join in this year-round member experience to watch both the TED and TEDGlobal conferences and receive a year of books and other gifts -- for one annual membership fee.
TED Live members have a virtual front-row seat at both the TED and TED Global conferences. Join any time in the year, and you will get access to the next two conferences. After the conference, watch the high-res video replay, available within three hours of each session ending.
